Processing Time
For digital downloads, a download link will be provided after confirmation of payment. For physical goods, I will do my best to ship items within 3 business days of receiving your order. If there is any delay, then I will let you know.
Shipping
At this time, I am only shipping products within the US. All physical goods will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class. Tracking will be provided if available. Packages should be delivered within ~5 business days from the shipment date, but unfortunately, I have no control over any delays and/or lost items.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. However, if a mistake was made on my end, please feel free to contact me so that I can try to resolve the issue.
